Normally, when I receive an order for the popular "Will You Be My Bridesmaid?" cards, it is for an order of between 3 and 10. So needless to say, when I received an order of 200 to be done as Thank Yous, I could foresee cramped fingers and blisters. This means 200 slits to cut, 800 corners to round and 200 knots to be tied to perfection. So the ribbon finally arrived and it was time to get to work. I bargained with the husband....if I give up the remote, he will fold cards and round corners. (He has to earn his golf money somehow;)) After watching football for 2 days straight, the cards were finished and in the mail....and surprisingly, no aches and no pains.

So now I will get back to the invitations:) Shown to the left are 2 different sets of table names and numbers that were made to coordinate with their respective invitations. The matching invitations can be seen at www.flickr.com/decadentdesigns. There are truly so many different ways to label your tables. Shown above are the classic numbers as well as the word "Love" in various languages.
At my own wedding this past winter, each table was identified by a time frame such as "Toddler," "Infant," "Junior High," "College," etc. At the end of each table we had 3 framed pictures of myself and 3 of my husband all in that time frame. Throughout the reception, guests would visit each table to look at pictures and reminisce.
